These Terms govern the use of Qazeeni (“Service”) by organizations and their users. By accessing the platform, you agree to comply with the legal frameworks outlined below.
1. Enterprise Use and Scope
Qazeeni is provided as a business-to-business (B2B) platform. Organizations are responsible for:
- User onboarding and permissions management
- Lawful collection of personal data within their workforce
- Compliance with applicable laws, including the Kenya Data Protection Act
2. Data Protection Roles
- The Client : Data Controller
- Qazeeni : Data Processor
We process data only on documented instructions and will not determine purposes independently.
3. Security and Access
Clients must secure integration tokens and secrets, prevent unauthorized access, and immediately notify us of suspected breaches. We reserve the right to suspend access if security risks are detected.
4. Acceptable Use
Strictly Prohibited:
- Reverse engineering the system
- Unauthorized access attempts
- Unlawful surveillance/tracking
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Kenyan law:
Qazeeni shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits.
Total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
